These peppers are too mushy to stuff. I wanted whole peppers so I could stuff them because usually these kind of peppers are delicious stuffed with taleggio and pesto. But also their taste isn't so good because they taste more like vinegar than pepper. The only good thing is that they come in a cute jar I used for flowers. The other three jars I bought I can use only for a salad that I want to taste like vinegar.

Now these are chocolate chip cookies…. Lots of DARK CHOCOLATE in every bite. I was quite surprised and impressed.
