Tartuflanghe combines two signature flavors of Italian culinary excellence - highly prized truffles and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP (Protected Designation of Origin denomination assigned by the EU to ensure the origin and authenticity of the products). Also known as “King of Cheeses,” Parmigiano Reggiano is a traditional Italian cheese aged at least one year, and as the name indicates, it’s produced exclusively in the territory from the Apennines to the river Po - mainly in Parma and Reggio Emilia.
