Tartufissima Pasta began in 1990 and the first ever truffle pasta produced in the world. It has extraordinary texture, hand-made and a high quality and quantity of truffles and eggs that enhances the flavor of the pasta.
Simple tip to cook the pasta:
1. Bring 2 liters of water to boil adding in the salt.
2. Add the pasta and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until “al dente” or still firm.
3. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Combine the pasta and melted butter or olive oil and toss over medium heat for about one minute.
4. Add the grated Parmesan Cheese.
5. Serve immediately.
