Description

The white wine vinegar by Giuseppe Giusti is a rich & versatile product made with Trebbiano grapes and premium quality white wine vinegar. The unique elixir is aged in French oak and ash wooden barrels and carries floral sweet & sour aromas. It’s gentler and less syrupy than IGP-preserved balsamic vinegar.

Balsamic vinegar hails from the Middle Ages and comes in two main types. Traditional balsamic vinegar, such as  Modena-variety, an IGP (Indication of Geographic Protection) certified Italian condiment, is only made with grape must. It’s loved for the full-bodied flavor and a tried and tested production process. Before hitting the shelves, it’s meant to be aged in small wooden barrels. The latest renditions of balsamic vinegar are frequently infused with wine vinegar, differing with consistency, flavor, and minimum age period. You can find various Italian balsamic vinegar in our carefully curated selection!

The Giusti family has been producing elusive balsamic vinegar, according to the generational formula, aka “Giusti recipe,”  since the 17th century. Beloved for the sophisticated juxtaposition of flavors crafted by unmatched competence and precision, the oldest Italian balsamic vinegar producer company has become synonymous with the traditional know-how and heritage of Modena. Along with an irreplaceable flavor mood, worthy of 14 gold medals, the company is loved for its tireless dedication to sustainability and the corporate responsibility it holds to better the world for producers, customers, and our planet! You can discover the true excellence of Giuseppe Giusti in our Italian grocery store!

The white wine vinegar by Giuseppe Giusti has low acidity and fruity aroma that’s bound to brighten up everything from spring salads to fish filets. Don’t hesitate to use it on roasted veggies, poultry, meat, and pork.
