Guerande sea salt marshes are located along the Atlantic coast, in a wetland zone stretched across nine French communes. The salt is unique not only because of its geographical location but traditional methods of harvesting too. Sea salt crystals are hand-gathered by "Paludiers" with wooden tools to preserve the intense aroma of crystals. Tartuflanghe combined the finest sea salt with signature flavors of summer truffles.
