Summer truffle sea salt by Tartuflanghe is an aromatic blend of grey salt from Guerande and freeze-dried truffles. By freeze-drying processing technique, Tartuflanghe successfully preserves the long-lasting aroma of the finest ingredients. 

Guerande sea salt marshes are located along the Atlantic coast, in a wetland zone stretched across nine French communes. The salt is unique not only because of its geographical location but traditional methods of harvesting too. Sea salt crystals are hand-gathered by "Paludiers" with wooden tools to preserve the intense aroma of crystals. Tartuflanghe combined the finest sea salt with signature flavors of summer truffles. The flavor of truffles depends on the time of the harvest - picked from May to August, earthy aroma deepens when truffles are fully ripe.
