Description

Sangiovese Grape Red Wine Vinegar is delicious Italian vinegar made by slowly fermenting juicy Sangiovese grapes. This red wine vinegar has a high acidity of 7.1%, and it’s filled with fresh flavor.

Vinegar has been around since ancient times. Egyptians have been using it back in 3000 B.C., and even before that, Babylonians have used vinegar for food preservation. For centuries, vinegar has been diversified with its many flavors, types, and colors. We have rice vinegar, white and red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, etc. But vinegar production was renovated only in the 20th century, when submerged fermentation was created, which made vinegar production more efficient and less time-consuming. Vinegar is a multifunctional product since it can be used not only for culinary reasons but also for cleaning and medical purposes. Calvi's products have lower acidity than average Italian olive oils. Certified laboratories and HACCP self control monitor these cold-pressed Italian oils. Thanks to its profound knowledge of oil extraction and high-quality production, Calvi keeps expanding and thriving.
