Armando Paccheri Pasta is an authentic bronze-cut pasta made with high-quality durum wheat semolina. Slow-dried durum wheat pasta is renowned for its firm, chewy texture and robust flavor. Paccheri is a large tube with a porous surface and smooth interior (a result of using bronze dies to cut and shape the pasta) that binds well with sauces.
