Description

Hot Chocolate Mix by Saquella Caffe is a chocolate-flavored powder boasting sweet and delicious flavors! Brought to you in a container, this cocoa powder can bring you an easy-to-make drink from Italy!

The first hot chocolate drink is believed to have been created nearly 2500 years ago by the Mayans when cocoa beans were traded as a currency - they were more valuable than gold. Finally, in the 16th century, cocoa beans were introduced in Europe, too and Italy made its own signature drink. Loved by Alexandre Dumas, the Italian Bicerin drink is the perfect blend of Espresso, drinking chocolate, and milk that became so popular that it took every cafe in Piedmont by storm. To create your own Bicerin, or taste Italian creamy chocolate drinks, take a look at our assortment of hot chocolate!
