Frantoia Unfiltered Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a coveted gem derived from the cold pressing of Sicily's finest olives sourced from the picturesque regions of Partanna, Castelvetrano, Giuliana, Chiusa Sclafani, Valderice, Buseto, and Castelluzzo. This oil boasts a robust personality, marked by a fragrant bouquet evoking fresh fruit, and a delicately fruity flavor with a lingering sweet almond aftertaste. Crafted from a blend of Biancolilla, Nocellara, and Cerasuola cultivars, it hails from central-western Sicily's olive groves nestled at medium hill altitudes, where each olive is handpicked with care. Within 24 hours of harvest, the olives undergo pressing, continuous extraction, and separation by centrifuge, followed by natural decantation and decanting, with no additional filtering.
