Description

Edmond Fallot Sherry Vinegar Reserve is an exceptional condiment with full-flavored decadence and aroma. Brought to you in an elegant bottle, this sherry vinegar will enhance and transform your meals into a gourmet delight!

Sherry vinegar is a gourmet condiment traditionally produced in the Spanish province of Cadiz using the renowned sherry wine, which is a type of wine produced in Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and El Puerto de Santa Maria. Sherry is a fortified wine, which means that a small amount of neutral grape spirit is added to increase its alcohol content. Sherry vinegar is traditionally aged using the Solera method, and in the US, it’s required by law that it should be aged in oak for at least six months before claiming the renowned title! You can find many variations of sherry vinegar, including the French varieties, in our wide selection!

For over 180 years, Edmond Fallot has been producing high-quality condiments for the French and the international market. Renowned for their wide selection of classic and innovative dijon mustard, vinegar, and more, this family-owned brand to this day remains one of the top French producers, beloved by millions since 1840! Even more intriguing pairings to be found in our French grocery store online!
