Description

Edmond Fallot raspberry red wine vinegar is a lively and bold French condiment made of high-quality French red wine and grape must, aged in wooden barrels for some richness of flavor, and enhanced with the addition of raspberry juice. It’s got a balanced tang with some berry-sweetness, creating the ultimate tart vinegar, tailor-made to elevate a wide array of dishes!

In general, wine vinegars can be made from either white or red wine and are predominantly used in Central and Southern Europe, Israel and Cyprus. The highest quality wine vinegars are usually matured in wooden casks for varying amounts of time, and you can find every variation, including French wine vinegar, in our wide selection!

For over 180 years, Edmond Fallot has been producing high-quality condiments for the French as well as the international market. Renowned for their wide selection of classic and innovative dijon mustards, vinegars, and more, this family-owned brand to this day remains one of the top French producers, beloved by millions!

Raspberry red wine vinegar by Edmond Fallot will suit your favorite salads, particularly if you enjoy adding in some rich cheeses like feta! It will also make a great addition to sauces (on its own as well as when used for deglazing), and even to soups.
