Most closely associated with Brittany, north of France, fresh warm crêpes can also be found on many street corner and crêperie throughout France. This easy-to-use mix contains no sugar, so is suitable both for savory main-course and for sweet dessert crêpes. Use with toppings like sugar, jams, honeychestnut spread, or pistachio spread.

  • Facts 13.4 oz. Product of France. 
  • Ingredients Wheat flour, egg powder, wheat starch, salt. May contain traces of milk, soy, salt.

Cooking Instructions

Package contains:

- 2x bag of 6.7 oz of crepe mix (1 bag makes about 8-10 crepes)

Other ingredients needed:

- 34 oz. of milk

- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Prep time: 5 min.

Cooking time: 3-4 min.

Recipe:

1) In a bowl, pour the contents of one bag then add 17 oz. of milk while stirring gradually.

2) Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well. No need to let the batter rest!

3) Pour ¼ cup of batter into a lightly oiled and hot frying pan.

4) Once the bottom is golden brown flip, and cook until brown.

5) Repeat steps 1-4 using the other bag and remaining ingredients until there is no batter left.

Garnish according to taste!
