Morelli Black & White Calamari is a ring-shaped pasta made with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, fresh wheat germ, and cuttlefish ink for the black pieces. As it cooks, the pasta releases a noticeable aroma of wheat and squid ink, giving a hint of the flavors to come. The alternating black and white rings make any dish visually striking, even with a simple sauce.
