Description

Morelli Basil & Garlic Linguine is made with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, fresh wheat germ, garlic, and basil worked directly into the dough. During cooking, it releases a noticeable aroma of herbs and grain, so the pasta itself contributes flavor to the dish. The flat strands cook in about 5–6 minutes and cling easily to light sauces. You can keep the seasoning very simple — olive oil, extra garlic, red chili, and grated cheese are often enough — because the pasta is already fragrant. It also pairs well with vegetables, grilled chicken, or light tomato preparations.
