Description

Edmond Fallot Burgundy white wine vinegar is a classic French condiment made of AOC certified (controlled designation of origin) Burgundy wine. It has a delicately zingy taste characteristic to Bourgogne Blanc wine, with a lemony tang and some apple-like sweetness. It’s a perfect everyday staple for any Francophile’s pantry!

Wine vinegars, in general, can be made from either white or red wine and are predominantly used in Central and Southern Europe, Israel and Cyprus. The highest quality wine vinegars are usually matured in wooden casks for varying amounts of time, and you can find every variation, including French wine vinegar, in our wide selection!

For over 180 years, Edmond Fallot has been producing high-quality condiments for the French as well as the international market. Renowned for their wide selection of classic and innovative dijon mustards, vinegars, and more, this family-owned brand to this day remains one of the top French producers, beloved by millions!

Burgundy white wine vinegar by Edmond Fallot makes a great addition to a variety of sauces for seafood dishes, salad dressings, and marinades for red meat and tofu. You can use it in classic vinaigrettes with some French olive oil, or find plenty of other intriguing combinations in our online French food store!
