Edmond Fallot blackcurrant red wine vinegar is a crisp and refreshing French condiment made by fermenting high-quality French red wine and grape must, letting the mixture age in wooden barrels for some richness of flavor, and enriching it even more with some blackcurrant aroma. It has a balanced tang combined with tart yet berry-sweet undertones, and can elevate a wide selection of recipes!
