Brioche Pasquier Chocolate Chip French Toast Fries
2 Cups whole milk
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
1 Loaf Brioche Pasquier Authentic French Sliced Chocolate Chip Brioche, each piece cut into 3 strips
2-4 Tbs. canola oil for cooking
- Combine the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in large bowl. Dip each strip of Chocolate Chip Brioche into the egg mixture.
- Add the canola oil to a large heavy-bottomed frying pan, and cook the French toast over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and serve with jam and chocolate sauces for dipping!
