Description

Venchi No Added Sugar 75% Extra Dark Bar has no added sugars beyond those already in the ingredients, and no artificial sweeteners either, which is the part that matters: most no-added-sugar chocolate fails on the aftertaste rather than on the chocolate. At seventy-five percent the cocoa is doing most of the work anyway, so there is very little gap to fill. It eats like a serious dark bar, not a compromise. Made in Turin, where Venchi began in 1878. Let a square melt slowly rather than chewing it, and keep it wrapped tightly, since dark chocolate picks up whatever else is in the cupboard.
