Venchi Chocoviar Soft Bar 75% is the intense one: a cocoa heart filled at seventy-five percent, coated in extra dark chocolate and topped with 75% Chocoviar pearls. It sits somewhere between a chocolate bar and a praline, soft within and crunchy on the surface, and it is not particularly sweet, which is the whole appeal if filled bars usually feel cloying to you. This is the bar for anyone who wants the full weight of Venchi cocoa rather than a creamy centre. From a Turin chocolate house founded in 1878. Keep it somewhere cool and break it into pieces rather than biting straight through it.
