Polara Ginger Beer Italian Soda, 6.7 fl x 4 comes from a small bottling works in Modica, deep in southeastern Sicily, and carries the year 1953 in its name. Despite what ginger beer sounds like, it is completely alcohol free. Concentrated lemon juice makes up four percent of the recipe, so the ginger heat arrives over a sharp citrus base instead of the heavy syrup most of the category relies on.
