Description

Luciana Mosconi Strozzapreti Egg Pasta translates as priest stranglers, which is the best name in Italian food and comes with several competing origin stories, none of them flattering to the clergy. The shape is a rough hand-rolled twist that grips a meat sauce and will not let go. Mosconi is the top of the Italian egg pasta category: 8 eggs per kg of semolina, every egg Italian, slowly dried. Serve it with a ragu that has been on the stove a while and grate the cheese at the table.

  • Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, 36% Fresh Eggs. Contains Gluten And Eggs. May Contain Traces Of Soy And Mustard.
  • Product Weight: 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • Product of Italy
