Liguori Vermicelli is a traditional long cut pasta from Pastificio Liguori, a Gragnano pasta house making pasta since 1795. It carries the Pasta di Gragnano IGP seal, a protected designation earned only by pasta made the Gragnano way. It is crafted from 100 percent traceable Italian durum wheat, bronze die extruded for a rough porous surface that grips every sauce, and slow dried at low temperature over a certified 18 hours to preserve the natural aroma of the wheat and keep a firm satisfying bite. A touch thicker than spaghetti, vermicelli is an endlessly versatile shape that carries everything from a simple garlic and oil or fresh tomato sauce to seafood dishes and rich slow simmered ragu. 500g.
