Lambertz Dark Chocolate Gingerbread Men are a German Christmas standard: soft, warmly spiced Lebkuchen dough cut into smiling little figures and jacketed in dark chocolate. The flavor leans toward honey cake rather than a sharp, snapping ginger biscuit, which is why children eat them happily and so do adults who find traditional spice cookies too strong.
