Description

Kinder Kornetti Chocolate Croissants are made with lievito madre, a sourdough starter, which is why the crumb stays soft and tastes of something rather than just sugar. Inside is a cocoa cream that runs the full length. In Italy this is breakfast, not dessert, so it belongs with coffee rather than after dinner. Each one is wrapped on its own, so it travels in a bag without ending up in pieces at the bottom of it.
