Description

Golden, velvety, and presented in a hand-painted ceramic vessel that is as beautiful as what's inside, this is an olive oil that earns a permanent place on the kitchen counter. Frantoio Galantino, an award-winning olive mill with deep roots in the Pugliese tradition, sources native Ogliarola and Coratina olives from the ancient groves of Northern Puglia, hand-picking them while still green and cold-extracting the oil within two hours of harvest to lock in every nuance of flavor and freshness. The result is a golden yellow-green oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, almond, and artichoke, a velvety texture, and a finish that balances Coratina's bold pepperiness against Ogliarola's gentle sweetness. Drizzle it over pasta, finish a salad, dress grilled vegetables, or simply pour it over good bread. The Wave ceramic vessel is hand-painted by local artisans in Puglia and fully refillable, making it a gift that keeps giving long after the last drop is gone. An everyday oil in an extraordinary vessel. For the table, and for the home.
