Fox's Milk Chocolate Cookies are crisp, buttery cookies with proper chunks of milk chocolate rather than chips, from a Yorkshire biscuit maker that has been at this since 1853. They snap rather than bend, which is the British preference in a biscuit and the reason they survive a journey in a bag. Best with a cup of tea, and they will hold together for a dunk if you are reasonably quick about it.
