Description

Few designs tell the story of what's inside quite as directly as this one. Foglie means "leaves" in Italian, and the hand-painted botanical leaf motif on this ceramic jar connects the object to the olive groves it comes from in a way that feels both simple and intentional. Made by local Puglian ceramic artisans, the design is earthy and elegant, grounded in the natural world rather than decorative for decoration's sake. Inside is Galantino's cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil, sourced from the family's own La Fenice estate where Ogliarola and Coratina olives are hand-harvested at peak ripeness between October and December. Now in its third generation, the Galantino family has been operating from a 19th-century mill in Bisceglie on the Adriatic coast since 1926. Each jar is hand-painted and subtly unique. A gift that looks like it was chosen with care, because it was. From Frantoio Galantino, crafting exceptional Puglian olive oil since 1926.
