Description

Polenta - Italian cornmeal is a staple in the northern parts of the country. It is dried corn, which resembles the texture of a powder. Divella is providing for your busy schedule as this instant polenta can be prepared in just under two minutes!

Let it boil until creamy, smooth, and thick. Serve hot or luke-warm. After it solidifies, which will happen once your mixture is cold, you can bake it or fry it in oil. We would recommend 1 part polenta, 4 parts water, but make sure to experiment to find your preferred thickness. Feel free to add a broth for more enhanced flavors.
