Description

De Nigris white wine vinegar is a bright, crisp condiment made of 100% organically grown and processed grapes. The organic line from De Nigris maintains classic flavors we all love while utilizing modern practices of production and all-natural ingredients. This particular white wine vinegar has 6% acidity, and bold, tangy flavors with delicately sweet undertones, making it a versatile addition to your pantry.

In general, wine vinegars can be made from either white or red wine and are predominantly used in Central and Southern Europe, Israel and Cyprus. The highest quality wine vinegars are usually matured in wooden casks for varying amounts of time, and you can find every variation, including Italian wine vinegar, in our wide selection!

Established over 120 years ago in Naples, De Nigris is currently one of the leading vinegar producers in Italy and views innovation with respect to traditions as its guiding principle. The brand utilizes blends of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar from 7 regional varietals of grapes, making the flavor profile of their products incredibly varied and complex and their quality absolutely impeccable!

Organic white wine vinegar by De Nigris is incredibly versatile and can suit a great variety of recipes including soups and creamy white sauces. But it’s especially delicious when combined with ingredients like mustard and olive oil for simple marinades or mixed in with your favorite salad dressings.
