Description

From De Nigris, the Modena-founded vinegar house established in 1889 and recognized for its long history of craftsmanship, this Glaze Spicy Jalapeno is a bold selection within the brand range of infused condiments. Made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this glaze features a thick and syrupy consistency infused with the heat of hot jalapeno peppers. The squeeze bottle format allows for precision and creativity when plating, making it a versatile option for adding a spicy kick to gourmet applications. Its unique profile of concentrated sweetness, paired with a spicy finish, works beautifully as a drizzle for artisanal pizzas, a glaze for grilled shrimp, or a zesty accent for tacos and roasted meats. A practical addition for specialty grocery buyers looking to stock innovative Italian condiments from a brand with over 130 years of production expertise, this selection provides a convenient way to add a sophisticated, fiery layer of flavor and elegant presentation to any dish.
