Description

La Casa Del Grano Conchiglie Pasta Shells are small shells, and the cup does real work: peas, bits of sausage, chopped tomato, anything small ends up caught inside instead of left on the plate. Children like them for exactly the same reason. Made in Cagliari from durum wheat semolina by a house known for traditional Sardinian pasta. Good with a ricotta and pea sauce, good in a soup, good cold. Cook them a minute under, because a shell holds heat and keeps cooking once it hits the pan.
