Description

Colavita white wine vinegar is a bright, fruity, mildly acidic condiment, produced following the traditional method of aging selected wines in wooden barrels for long periods of time. It’s bold and demands attention - however, it can also be quite versatile!

Wine vinegars can be made from either white or red wine and are predominantly used in Central and Southern Europe, Israel and Cyprus. The highest quality wine vinegars are usually matured in wooden casks for varying amounts of time, and you can find every variation, including Italian wine vinegar, in our wide selection!

Colavita is a family-owned Italian brand, established in 1938. Thanks to constant testing and locally-grown ingredients, their products like olive pates, Italian tomatoes, pasta & EVOO have become staples for a lot of households. Get your hands on all of these flavors and more in our curated selection!
