Description

12-Pack Colavita Sherry Vinegar, 17 fl oz (503 ml)

Colavita Sherry Vinegar is silky smooth vinegar made with grapes cultivated in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. This savory and flavorful sherry vinegar carries a rich, perfectly balanced delectable flavor with delightful tones of almond and caramel.

Sherry vinegar is a gourmet condiment traditionally made in the Spanish province of Cadiz using the renowned sherry wine, which is a type of wine produced in Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and El Puerto de Santa Maria. Sherry is a fortified wine, which means that a small amount of neutral grape spirit is added to increase its alcohol content. Sherry vinegar is traditionally aged using the Solera method, and in the US it’s required by law that it should be aged in oak for at least 6 months, before claiming the renowned title! Don’t hesitate to check out Sherry vinegar from around the world at Yummy Bazaar.
