Colavita balsamic vinegar of Modena is a glossy, rich glaze full of perfectly balanced sweet yet acidic flavors derived from Trebbiano grapes (a widely cultivated Italian wine grape). It’s made following the traditional process of barrel-aging that’s been used in the province of Modena for thousands of years.

Balsamic vinegar of Modena is an IGP (Indication of Geographic Protection) certified Italian condiment, renowned for its quality, full-bodied flavor, and a tried and tested production process. Before hitting the shelves, it’s meant to be kept in wooden casks for at least 60 days and is labeled “invecchiato” - aged - if it stays in the cask for over 3 years.
