Colavita aged balsamic vinegar of Modena is a dark, rich condiment with a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors obtained from wine vinegar and unfermented grape must. Aged in walnut, cherry, and oak barrels, it’s bursting with woody, fruity, and earthy aromas, perfect for adding gourmet touches to most meals!  

Balsamic vinegar of Modena is an IGP (Indication of Geographic Protection) certified Italian condiment, renowned for its quality, full-bodied flavor, and a tried and tested production process. Before hitting the shelves, it’s meant to be kept in wooden casks for at least 60 days and is labeled “invecchiato” - aged - if it stays in the cask for over 3 years.
