Cipster Original Potato Chips are not chips in the American sense. They are made from potato flakes and puffed, so they come out light and hollow and dissolve rather than crunch, much closer to a puffed corn snack than to a kettle chip. They are also gluten free. In Italy this is what sits in a bowl next to the Aperol at six in the evening. Salty, clean tasting, and very hard to stop eating.
