Brioss Apricot Snack Cakes are soft, lightly sweet sponge with an apricot filling that eats more like jam than like candy. Apricot is the classic Italian filling for this sort of cake, and it is a gentler flavor than anything in the American snack aisle, more fruit than sugar. Made by Ferrero in Italy. Have it in the afternoon with coffee, which is when Italians do. Individually wrapped so it survives a bag or a backpack.
