Each sachet makes a classic creme patissiere, the filling used in tarts, eclairs, choux, and mille-feuille. The format is no-cook: the powder mixes with cold milk in 3 minutes and sets in 15 minutes, requiring no stove or specialized equipment. One sachet yields enough cream to fill one tart, 15 choux, or 10 eclairs.
