Alsa Flan aux Oeufs is a vanilla egg flan mix from Alsa, a French baking brand established in 1897. The powder is whisked into cold milk, brought to a boil, cooked for 2 minutes, then poured into ramekins and set in 1 hour 30 minutes. Each box contains 2 sachets, each yielding 5 servings, with a separate caramel sauce sachet included for topping. Made with Island Vanilla and real vanilla seeds, with no preservatives.
