Description

Alsa Gateau de Semoule is a French semolina pudding mix from Alsa, a French baking brand established in 1897, in the same format as the Alsa rice pudding but with durum wheat semolina as the base. The semolina is cooked in 1 liter of milk for 15 minutes, then poured over a hardened caramel base and chilled for 1 hour 30 minutes before serving. Each box includes a caramel sauce sachet and a raisin sachet, and contains 2 sachets, each yielding 8 servings, with no preservatives.
