Alsa Gateau de Riz is a French rice pudding mix with caramel sauce from Alsa, a French baking brand established in 1897. The rice is cooked in milk for 15 minutes, then poured into a mold or ramekins over a hardened caramel base and chilled for 1 hour 30 minutes before serving. A caramel sauce sachet is included for topping. Each box contains 2 sachets, each yielding 8 servings, with no preservatives.
