These hearty noodles are a beloved comfort food across German-speaking regions, perfect for pairing with savory gravies, roasted meats, or sautéed with butter and herbs.

Crafted with fresh egg and wheat flour, Hofbauer Spaetzle cook up tender yet firm, holding their shape and flavor even when reheated. Whether you’re preparing a big family dinner, hosting guests, or recreating your favorite Bavarian dish, these noodles deliver consistent results and authentic flavor.

Sold in a generous 2.5 kg bag, this format is ideal for home cooks who love to entertain, stock up, or freeze portions for later use. Perfect for traditional dishes like Kässpätzle or as a hearty side for schnitzel and stews.
