Product Description
Wu Mu Nantou Simmered Pork Ramen Noodles are Taiwanese ramen noodles with Nantou simmered pork flavoring. This Taiwanese ramen product has steamed noodles in a light and rich pork broth. Nantou Yi Mien are traditionally wider, flat noodles than the traditional ramen noodles, and are slightly chewy. Yi Mien noodles are commonly referred to as "longevity noodles", and served at birthdays and celebrations. Unlike their instant noodle competitors, Wu-Mu Taiwanese ramen are steamed, instead of fried. They use a special steaming technique, making their products lower in fat compared to other manufacturers. But it's no easy feat! The entire drying process takes 9 hours, but it's worth it for the texture and taste of their delicious Taiwanese ramen noodles.
Add ramen noodles to boiling water, cooking for 3 minutes. Add seasoning powder and oil, stirring well. Enjoy! We love slurping up this ramen topped with a cooked pork
