Wu-Mu Knife Cut Noodles, Spinach are tasty non-fried, spinach noodles with no preservatives. These Taiwanese noodles and are quick and easy to prepare with a subtle spinach flavor, bouncy texture and soft green color. Knife cut noodles are a specialty of the Shanxi Province are shaved rather than cut resulting in noodles that are thick around the centre but soft around the edges. It is believed that knife cut noodles originated at the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty.

Based on your preference you can serve these healthy noodles in a soup, a stir fry or with a sauce. They are quick and easy to prepare and make a great snack or complete meal. This pack contains 10 servings of 65g each.

To prepare a serving of Wu-Mu Spinach Knife Cut Noodles:

1. Pour a serving of noodles into boiling water and stir until water comes back to the boil.

2. Turn down the heat to prevent boiling over or add half a cup of water to keep noodles softer. Noodles will be done in about 3 minutes

3. Eat noodles as soon as they are ready
