Wu-Mu Dry Udon Noodles, Kan To are tasty non-fried, wheat flour noodles with no preservatives. Kan To noodles are glossy, white, dry noodles that are quick and easy to prepare with a springy, chewy texture. Udon noodles are a famous Japanese noodle. These glossy white noodles have a light flavor often picking up the flavor of the soy-based broth they are served in.

Based on your preference you can serve these delicious noodles in a soup or with your favorite dressing or sauce. They are quick and easy to prepare and make a great snack or complete meal. This pack contains 10 servings of 100g (1 cup) each.

To prepare a serving of Wu-Mu Dry Udon Noodles, Kan To:

1. Put 100g (1 cup) of noodles into boiling water and stir until the water comes back to the boil.

2. Turn down the heat to prevent boiling over or add half a cup of water to keep noodles softer. Noodles will be done in about 3 minutes

3. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water, drain, and enjoy
