Wu-Mu Cereal Wheat Noodles, Dry are tasty non-fried, dry noodles with no preservatives. These Taiwanese noodles are produced using cereal grains and are quick and easy to prepare. Cereal grains are a source of vitamins, minerals, proteins and energy and are a perfect snack option. The history of noodles goes back thousands of years to the Han dynasty. Cereal noodles came about later and are produced from the grains of cultivated crops. They get there name from Ceres the Roman goddess of agriculture and harvest.
Based on your preference you can serve these healthy noodles in a soup or with your favorite dressing or sauce.
They are quick and easy to prepare and make a great snack or complete meal.
To prepare Wu-Mu Cereal Wheat Noodles:
1. Pour noodles into boiling water and stir until the water comes back to the boil.
2. Turn down the heat to prevent boiling over or add half a cup of water to keep noodles softer. Noodles will be done in about 3 minutes
3. Eat noodles as soon as they are ready
