Tartuflanghe Dalprato is a powdered specialty seasoning made from freeze-dried Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (Protected Designation of Origin denomination assigned by the EU to ensure the origin and authenticity of the products) and freeze-dried Italian white truffle. By freeze-drying processing technique, Tartuflanghe successfully preserves the fresh aroma of the finest ingredients.
