Ming The Bamboo Shoots in Chili Oil are Taiwanese bamboo shoots preserved in a hot chili oil. The bamboo shoots are selected from Taiwan Yunjia area, washed, steamed, and seasoned. The resulting taste is smooth and slightly spicy. It is a famous Taiwanese side dish. Use this chili bamboo shoot as a side dish, to accompany soups, and porridges. Ming Teh Food company has been around for more than sixty years. Starting off with the famous Okayama Douban Sauce, it has successfully developed a variety of seasoning sauces and side dishes, and further refined their fermentation and pickling technology. The factory is located beside the beautiful Dagang Mountain and their vast brewing and drying fields are blessed by the strong sun in southern Taiwan. They are now best known for their doubanjians, fermented bean pastes, broad bean pastes, and other condiments.
