Tagliolini Egg Pasta with Truffle is a delicate and delicious traditional pasta with the diamond of forest, the truffles. It is made of decadent durum wheat flour with wheat germ and truffle. 5. After about 8 minutes, drain the pasta and just before draining, reserve a cupful of the cooking water
6. Return the pasta to the pan with the sauce
7. Stir well, adding splashes of the cooking water
8. Serve with grated fresh truffle on top
