Product Description
The Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta with Truffle is something new that you will fall in love with after one bite! It has a delicate and delicious taste that is perfect with any sauce. Savini's Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta with Truffle is the perfect addition to any night's dinner.
Here's an easy and quick step to cook:
1. Put a large pot of water on to boil
2. In a pan, melt butter with Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle cream
3. Once the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt, then add the pasta
4. When the pasta is almost cooked, put a pan on low heat
5. After about 8 minutes, drain the pasta and just before draining, reserve a cupful of the cooking water
6. Return the pasta to the pan with the sauce
7. Stir well, adding splashes of the cooking water
8. Serve with grated fresh truffle or cheese on top
